I'm a Toronto-based product designer focused on making sense of complexities - and ultimately shaping experiences that feel good. Working as a product designer for the past 6+ years, I love to grow in ambiguity, shape design strategy, and drive success for both products and humans.

My journey in UX design began with a Master's degree in Digital Media and Multimedia from the University of Washington. Eager to expand my knowledge and expertise, I pursued a second Master's degree in Information at the prestigious University of Toronto.

Throughout my academic pursuits at UofT, I had the privilege of working as a UX Designer for the Kidney Health Education and Research Group. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I transformed abstract concepts into practical, user-friendly designs. Prior to that, I gained invaluable experience as a product designer at Works Applications, a prominent Japanese ERP company. There, I spearheaded the development and implementation of multiple enterprise-facing products, tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses. Before working at Works Applications, I made impactful contributions as a UX/UI Designer at Wemart, an exciting e-commerce startup based in Shanghai, and at YiRental, a dynamic housing rental startup in Seattle.
